In regards to some rumours that have been going around the past couple of days: I'll squash one right now.

Someone who is no longer on staff is trying to blame me for him not being here anymore. If that is what he wants to believe, then so be it. However, that was not the case. We cannot discuss it with the players anymore than we already have. A great majority of the players know the actual truth. So, on this note, I'm going to also post this, in defense of some things that were told to me.

1) Yes, I curse. I curse quite a bit in character. Apparently it's going around that I'm cursing too much. From what I see, I curse less than about 90% of the players on this realm. I find that getting my point across the players in rather large bright orange letters in opened chat is the best way for me to handle situations.

2) I am apparently rude. Well, so are most of the players on this realm. DF is not meant to be a nice person, except for to his family. Some people are having a hard time separating how I talk as a staff member, and how I talk as my character. I say what I need to say to the players, because I have to say it. If I come across as rude, I apologize. I would rather speak blunt truths instead of in pretty little lies. I really hope that y'all can handle that, because that is how I've always been, and was one of the biggest reasons I was hired as a TC Staff Member.

3) I was told that my KoTDs (such as this one that I am posting) is like slapping the players in their faces. Little do people realize, almost all of the KotDS are authorized by Sara, THE OWNER, of this wonderful realm. I run them by her before I post them. I'm known as the "Bad Cop" on TC Staff, because I don't put up with the s*** that some of our players like to create. We actually don't have bad players on the realm. Just players who make bad decisions. Each one of you makes this realm a good place, and even a wonderful place at times. We want this place to be wonderful all of the time. That is why I get on players/people for some of the stuff they do. Their decisions tend to make things difficult on the realm sometimes, and we are forced to step in and say something.

If y'all have a problem with the stuff I do as a staff member, please. Come to me personally in Text Messages instead of talking poorly about me behind my back. Let's be adults about this. Thank y'all, and have a kick-ass day!

EDIT: Also, as with other people who are no longer on this realm. Do not talk about any of the past players that no longer play here. Especially in a negative sense. That will not be tolerated.

I know some of you have been having problems with the way some of us staff, or discipline players. You have also been bothered by our language and the way we write up these Kinks. Please if you have a problem dont hesitate to take it up with the owners or the one who posted it. We cant make this place better for you if you dont let us know where we need to change. We hope for here on out, that you will help us, to help you.

This is coming from the Site Owners: Sara, Alexia, and DarknessFalls...

If you feel like a staff member has done something wrong to you, or has even broken a rule, please, do not hesitate to send in a Cop Call about this. Do not be afraid to say what is happening.

Also, if you believe a staff member is handling their own Cop Calls with one of their alternate characters, please, let one of the site owners know immediately, so that this problem can be rectified. We are not tolerating this anymore with staff members getting away with harassing players, or abusing their staff powers to get personal information.

Ok it has come to the staffs attention that people are using pokes to get around a player issued ignore, now if this persists, the poeple that don't stop using pokes in a harassing manner, they WILL loose their ability to text, and as it stands some people this is their warning and they know who they are, and if they don'r stop as of right now they will be perm text muted till further notice and those not doing it will be only warned one more time .... we are sick of it and don't tolerate it one bit and we asking nicely that you stop now

Hey ladies and gents! Late last year a KotD was added involving not bringing former characters up in club chat or TMs though it seems that many have forgotten about this rule. If someone is no longer on TC, please refrain from bringing them up. All it can do is bring up drama and as drama filled as things are, we don't need more.

Secondly, please refrain from using people's RL names in TMs unless the person whose name you are using is either the person you're talking to (with their permission of course), they've given permission or it is your own name. If you want to discuss people that is fine, but please try and take it to messenger when using names, most here have at least one form of messenger. Part of this goes with the not giving out RL information, because if the person you're talking to doesn't know someone's name, then it is like you're giving out personal information and that can earn a ban.

Current Drug Problem

We've never had a drug problem on here before, up until now.

We are politely requesting that if you are going to RP doing drugs, do not describe it in detail in a public place. Better yet, don't do the drugs in a public chat. That means not in the clubs, Gardens, Sinner's Row, or places such as that. If you are going to do that, please keep the drug doing in private areas, such as dwellings and Text Messages.

If you wanna talk about drugs, go ahead. Just do not go about doing it in open chat. That will cause you to have a bad day with us. Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

Nudity...Is it allowed or not?

You are allowed to be nude in Club Complex all you want. What is not allowed is the sexual groping every time you see someone naked. A long time ago a player by the name of Victoria Chambers has became a stripper in the club and showed me, the owner, that you can be naked and be professional about it. That people can be mature and adult about things and its why I havent made it a rule that it is not allowed.

Personally if you ask me, I think nudity is a beautiful thing and if people want to display it they should be allowed. It doesnt always have to be sexual. I would really appreciate if you guys could be more adult with it and not see it as a sexual thing and grope everyone thats nude.

If you are still confused dont hesitate to send in a cop call.

Ok so I have an idea...The end of the month is in 4 days and I figured since we didnt make the goal and probably wont, that I will do something special for those that donate. Here is what I will do.

Anyone that donates at least $5 or more will get a house with enough money to get all the rooms. Double donation points. Double VABs for the dollar amount donated. (So if you donate $5 you will get 10 VABs) Also we will allow you in your cop call that you donated so you can receive this stuff to mention one thing that is not on this list that you want so we can think about giving it to you.
