Update to Rules
Fallen Angel Alexia
2013-04-30 12:20:51
Hey ladies and gents! Late last year a KotD was added involving not bringing former characters up in club chat or TMs though it seems that many have forgotten about this rule. If someone is no longer on TC, please refrain from bringing them up. All it can do is bring up drama and as drama filled as things are, we don't need more.
Secondly, please refrain from using people's RL names in TMs unless the person whose name you are using is either the person you're talking to (with their permission of course), they've given permission or it is your own name. If you want to discuss people that is fine, but please try and take it to messenger when using names, most here have at least one form of messenger. Part of this goes with the not giving out RL information, because if the person you're talking to doesn't know someone's name, then it is like you're giving out personal information and that can earn a ban.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this.

Current Drug Problem
Xanthe's Demonic Ninja Rabbit DarknessFalls
2013-04-28 16:51:08
We've never had a drug problem on here before, up until now.
We are politely requesting that if you are going to RP doing drugs, do not describe it in detail in a public place. Better yet, don't do the drugs in a public chat. That means not in the clubs, Gardens, Sinner's Row, or places such as that. If you are going to do that, please keep the drug doing in private areas, such as dwellings and Text Messages.
If you wanna talk about drugs, go ahead. Just do not go about doing it in open chat. That will cause you to have a bad day with us. Thank you, and have a wonderful day.
Nudity...Is it allowed or not?

You are allowed to be nude in Club Complex all you want. What is not allowed is the sexual groping every time you see someone naked. A long time ago a player by the name of Victoria Chambers has became a stripper in the club and showed me, the owner, that you can be naked and be professional about it. That people can be mature and adult about things and its why I havent made it a rule that it is not allowed.
Personally if you ask me, I think nudity is a beautiful thing and if people want to display it they should be allowed. It doesnt always have to be sexual. I would really appreciate if you guys could be more adult with it and not see it as a sexual thing and grope everyone thats nude.
If you are still confused dont hesitate to send in a cop call.
~Sara Nagarian
Note: If you are seen taking it as sexual then disciplinary action will be taken. We also ask you to refrain from using grave detail in description on your nudity.

Ok so I have an idea...The end of the month is in 4 days and I figured since we didnt make the goal and probably wont, that I will do something special for those that donate. Here is what I will do.
Anyone that donates at least $5 or more will get a house with enough money to get all the rooms. Double donation points. Double VABs for the dollar amount donated. (So if you donate $5 you will get 10 VABs) Also we will allow you in your cop call that you donated so you can receive this stuff to mention one thing that is not on this list that you want so we can think about giving it to you.
Hope you enjoy your time here.
Thank you all for everything.

Changes to Alt Limit Rules
Fallen Angel Alexia
2013-04-14 12:50:57
The alt rule has been lifted in a temporary manner. This is on a trial basis to possibly be made perm at a later date. This means that starting right now, there are no limits to the number of characters you may have. However we would still prefer that you keep it to a reasonable amount. If you have any questions feel free to send any questions to us in a Cop Call.
Thanks and have a Kink-a-licious day

An Apology to Everyone

Hello TCers. I'm writing this because of my actions of last night. I realize what I said, and how I acted was wrong. I shouldn't have said the things that I did about those in the club last night. I have in fact, apologized to them but I also need to say it to everyone else on the site. I am sorry. I could have went about last night a many number of different ways, which would have been better than what I did. I wont be acting that way again, because as many of you said last night. It wasn't professional as my position as a Staff Member, nor does it put a lot of trust in me.
I hope everyone can forgive me, at some point. But if you can't, and still hate me, or don't like me or what ever, then I'll just have to live with it. If you would like to talk about what happened, you can always text me. I don't mind speaking privately with any of you about it and I'll do what I can to grain everyones trust once again.
In the mean time. Have fun, just don't be too naughty. Babies come from being naughty.
Warnings, Mutes, and Bans
Xanthe's Demonic Ninja Rabbit DarknessFalls
2013-04-01 18:46:02
We have noticed that players are not understanding our warning system with punishments, so I am here to clear it up. (No, I'm not trying to say anything bad about y'all, as it is indeed unclear sometimes about something). We do things differently here on The Complex. When a player gets warned, the warning never goes away. It is not wiped clean after a certain amount of time, unless the rest of the staff discuss it. That usually only happens around New Years, as a present to the players.
Every player deserves a warning. However, if the player messes up again, the next step is 1 Game Day Mute (Or Real Day Mute, depending on the situation and severity). After that, it becomes a permanent Mute. After that, a ban (depending again on the severity depends on the length of the punishment). After that, it becomes a permanent ban, and quite possibly a server ban. If this seems unclear to any of you, please, do not hesitate to ask about it.
